While going through primary investigation after information of above accident, it was noted that victim’s parents has not informed to P.G.V.C.L. and they have not informed to Local Police regarding accident. Hence, police complaint of above accident is not logged. While asking to local peoples they have said that accident was occurred approximately between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on dt. 17.03.2009. but it was noted that between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm there was not any tripping on 11 KV Hajnali JGY Feeder. Also there is no any clear Eye Victim of Accident. Hence it is difficult to find factual report of accident. How ever at the time of site visit & investigation it was noted that there were few spots on Neem tree’s branch where the accident was occurred. So, as per statements of local peoples it may possible that while playing on tree accidentally victim’s body came in induction zone of 11 kv Hajnali Feeder and he may got electric shock. After that local peoples have given first aid (primary treatment) to the victim until arrival of ambulance. Then they went to Mangalam Hospital, Morbi where doctor on duty has declared that victim is no more. After that Doctor suggested them to referrer to Civil Hospital Morbi for Post Mortem. But victim’s parents have not referred to Civil Hospital Morbi instead they went back to their village Biliya & made burial of corpse. So, post mortem report is also un available. Hence from all above findings/ happening the exact reason of accident can not be determined perfectly. Investigation of Electrical Inspector is pending

On Dt. 30.03.2009 Shri Mitesh Kantibhai Kakkad, ALM ,PGVCL, TANKARA was charging new Transformer for New AG SPA Connection of Ag Applicant Sh. Naresh Amba at Village Kalyanpar Ta. Tankara. While giving 11 KV Line Jumper on Hanumangadh Ag Feeder connections on the Top side of Transformer D O Fuse from Tapping to T/C., Sh. Miteshbhai Suddenly got shock resulted him to fall down on the ground and met with Non Fatal accident.
Line Clear of Feeder was taken by him before starting the work vide L/C no. 23560 Dt. 30.03.09 at 17:15. He was working on line with wearing helmet. He was working on line after earthing One Phase of Line with Earthing Road. Sh. Ketan Sardhara, Apprentice Line man was also there with sh. Mitesh bhai but he was standing at ground level.
As per preliminary investigation, it may possible that due to crossing of 66 KV Line Induction current flown or Back Power of Near By LT Line flown through near by AG T/C in line & sh. Miteshbhai got electrical jerk. At the time of accident there was not any tripping on any near by feeders so it is possible that power was not flown through any 11 KV Feeder.
Sh. Miteshbhai had got minor injury as he had wearied helmet & due to this his life was saved & not get severe injury in his head. He was getting little pain in his hand & waist & not having any fracture in his body. Detail Investigation Report is Avaited
