					As per Civil Application NO. 2321 of 2013 (Arising out of SLP(C) NO. 9585 of 2013) decided by Hon. Supreme court on dtd. 11.03.2013, by which it set aside the order passed by the Hon. Gujarat High Court and dismisses the Civil Application NO. 10429 of 2012 filed by the respondent. However Hon. Supreme court clarified that the blacklisting order passed by the appellant company (PGVCL) shall be operative and effective only in respect of contracts which the appellant company (PGVCL) may offer to award. The said order would not consequently affect the respondent company's entitlement or eligibility to compete for other contracts under other organizations whether government or semi government elsewhere in the country.
